Been waiting 8 weeks for the survey I was suppose to receive. I took my vette in to have washer fluid tank fixed. Ended up having to go in 4 times before it was fixed. It was just the rubber grommet that was replaced. And the price of that, whoooooo. And now my 'low fluid ' light stays on. And I also needed leak in covertable roof fixed. They explained what could be done instead of replacing all the weather stripping. It was a lot cheaper route, and that's the way we went. And had to go back a second time for this, as the weather stripping was replaced incorrectly. And this still has not taken care of the issue. But I will not be returning to Bruner's.
I went to get and oil change everything seemed right at the time. Since I travel I went to work in houston and then my oil changed was due again I took it to 2 different lube places and I was unable to get an oil change because of the fact that it had been stripped by bruner auto group. I spoke to Brian Lee the manager he acknowledged that they were In wrong and told me get it fixed and we will cover it. I did get it fixed and still haven't gotten my reimbursement for the cost of getting a new drain plug and re threading the oil pan. Have emailed my physical address and still haven't gotten a response from Brian Lee. Definitely will never go back!

I was pleasantly surprised. My salesman, Chris, went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted. Since I live in Houston we did all the transactions over the phone or internet and they even delivered the vehicle to me 4.5hrs away and picked up my trade and drove it back. Great people to deal with, I WILL call again for my next purchase.
