Usually everything is in wotking order but last time a hose on the pressure washer was broke. I got wetter than normal because it sprayed me with soapy water but I still thing 3 stars is appropriate because I didn't have to shower that night.
We have been to this car wash several times and it has always been easy to use, easy to get in and out, with no hassles. The vacuums are covered, which is a huge plus in the Texas sun!
