Took my broken desktop to them about 6 months ago, it was only beeping, not booting. They had it fixed in less than 30 minutes and charged me less than $5. It is still working today and I have since been able to get win10 on the free upgrade. Nice folks.

Brought my very expensive MSI gaming laptop in to get looked at because it wouldnt turn on. After paying $48 for diagnostic they said it was the motherboard which would have cost around $850. Not willing to give up I called the manufacturer shipped it off to them turns out it was a broken Dc jack they fixed it for free amd shipped it back. You'd think trained technicians could have spotted this easy fix. But no they went for the most expensive motherboard. So glad I decided to get a second opinion
If they told me they didn't have the part for my phone I wouldn't let em check and did nothing to my phone and wastes $27... I know its not much but I don't wanna pay money for NOTHING. Such a disappointing
